Making CPN (For Education Purposes Only)

Set1

First make cpn number (USED AS SSN) First you'll need to pick the state by the area numbers blow for the first 3 Exp: 335-97-XXXX (335 falls in Illinois area number) 

It will be from 01-99 so you will be picking from that range. I learned that every state has a group number.

For example, Illinois is 37 and a few other numbers, but it won't be the same for other states as the method does. (Try changing your group number in your ssn and you'll find it) Once you get your group number, the last four have no meaning, so pick and choose any 4 numbers. Now your going to check that SSN's signature to anyone by going to https://www.ssncheck.org/verify then check your cpn until you see this

This means It's a green light (Invalid is what you want to see)

Set2

Now that you made your cpn You'll need a name, address, DOB, Email, and number . Pick any 3 names, then pick a birthday. Now that the address is key, you don't want someone to link your cpn to you, so stay away from ANY CITY, STREET, AND SOME TIME STATE that you've had mail sent to. Nexus is a software that gathers information for all public records and credit bureaus, so if your names are put up they'll link. So its best to make them out of state if you ask me (friends, family, or air bnbs) But you can make one in the same state as your credit profile, just to be safe.

Now that you have your address, you are going to save it. Make a Gmail account for your cpn. Now the number is another main key. Get a prepaid AT&T phone, regular, with 411.

Set3

Now that you have all the information, your going to leak it into public records. To do that, apply for a library card in that county, yellow pages, and 411 (Make sure you keep all the information the same when applying for anything) There are sites that sell your internet traffic and information so that's another way that helps

Now that you have all your information, another way to get it into public records is by applying for different prepaid cards. The first prepaid card is Brinks, then open a netspend and green got.

Set5

Now your going to get your cpn into the credit bureau. Go to capitalone.com and apply for a credit card. Your not going to get approved, but that's the point. Now your going to apply with ALL THE INFORMATION YOU PUT TOGETHER. Don't miss spell/write anything; this is key, they will do the work for you now. Set5 Once you've been denied your credit card, your going to set up your credit profile with Experian with the same information.

Set6

Now that you have a good credit profile built, its time to get you some credit. You need to add at least 1 trade line and a primary or 2-3 trade lines Once you have a 720 which is the lowest 750-800 score, you are going to apply for phones and loans. For Verizon, you must call in over the phone, have a card in your profile name, and be shipping to the address on your credit report. There's a gift card method if you want to add ( when applying for the phone. Pay for next day shipping with a Verizon gift card. This is another no ID needed method but they won't ask for ID anyway
